Brief Answer:
Eczematous dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1% (Elocon) or Desoximetasone 0.25% cream (Emcor or Dexomet), twice daily for a few days. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g. Tab Cetirizine 10mg once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
