Brief Answer:
Video-laryngoscopy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. It is not clear from your description whether this injury has been confirmed by a direct laryngoscopy and how many days have elapsed.
2. Mucosal injuries heal rapidly in a few days. It is necessary to get a Video-laryngoscopy done to check the status of the injury.
3. Please upload images or a video for an accurate assessment. Minor or healing injuries require no intervention as there are no major symptoms.
4. Medication such as anesthetic gels and anti inflammatory medication can ease the discomfort.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I'll be available to answer them.
Regards.
