Brief Answer:
Seborrheic keratosis most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM...

I read history and looked at photo. After that I could conclude that most probably the lesion you have is seborrheic keratosis. It is a benign condition characterised by black brown crusted papular lesion which bleeds after removal of crust. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

I would suggest...

- application of 5-Flurouracil cream (FFU)1% on the lesion daily till the good result
Or
- electrocautery under local anaesthesia ..which is a minor procedure done in OPD

I hope this would help you.

Thanks.
