How Can A Small Cut At The Tip Of The Penis Due To Vigorous Masturbation Be Treated?
Question: So about two days ago I had finished masturbating and wiped with a towel, but i May have wiped a little too hard because the next day i went to pee and blood came out afterwards. I noticed a small cut at the tip of my penis right next to the opening. It eventually stopped and now i believe it has started to scab because now I’ve noticed everytime i pee sometimes it goes in different directions and hurts whenever i pee. Sometimes i have to open my urethral hole to prevent it from hurting and then everything’s normal. Should i continue to worry? Or just like the cut heal by itself and limit contact with my penis as much as possible. It’s hard to tell if it’ll ever heal cause every time i pee the scab breaks. Thank you for your help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As per your clinical history is concerned please visit your nearest Doctor for a detailed clinical examination.
Meanwhile, use an antiseptic cream [Framycetin] on the cut area and discuss oral antibiotic if the area is large. If there is a pain then you can take OTC painkiller [Ibuprofen].
Drink plenty of water to make urine clear and do not involve in any masturbation until it heals completely. Try to give some rest.
It will heal eventually within a few days and nothing to be worried at all.
Hope that helps.
