How Can A Small Skin Burn Be Remedied After Applying Ice On It?

Question: About 45 minutes before writing this question, I was ironing my shirts when the iron grazed my left index finger, causing an immediate burn about 4mm long. I was not very quick to running it under cool water, and I actually put an ice cube on it for a couple minutes about 5 minutes after first getting the burn (which I have since read was not a great idea). I'm now feeling quite a bit of pain on the site and there is a blister. Is there any advice for how to treat this burn from this point forward? Do I need to seek any medical attention for this kind of burn? I will attach a picture for more accurate diagnosis and advice. Thank you in advance.
Brief Answer:
Topical steroid and antibiotic, ibuprofen tab
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your complaints and reviewed the attached photograph.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and antibiotic like cortisone cream and neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days.
For pain you can take anti inflammatory medicine like table ibuprofen.
This will help in resolving the burn.
