Brief Answer:
Tongue mass

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
After looking at the photo you have uploaded it looks like you are having a tongue mass. Please tell me do you have any jagged tooth on that side which is causing irritation to Tongue?
My advice is you should get yourself examined by an ENT SPECIALIST and get a biopsy done from the lesion if lesion is increasing in size. Only biopsy can tell if it is benign or malignant and the further treatment will depend on this.
If you have a jagged tooth get it treated by a dentist.
Don't use tobacco at all.
Use hexidine mouth wash.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards

Dear Mam thanks for reply,
In April by 5 or 6 I got tongue bite at the same location where the spot occurred, I was expecting the spot will go away usually, but till day 20th its wasn't disappeared, and I am worried, As I was tobacco chewer and have family history of Sqaumous Cell Carcinoma (My father was diagnosed that). Well I stopped all forms of Tobacco and the white spot might be decreasing in size but still after so many days its not disappeared permanently, I am worried about it.
I want to know would you suggest any Lab performs biopsy in XXXXXXX
