How Can Abdominal Bloating And Pain Be Treated When GasEx Has Not Helped?
Question: For about 5 days I’ve been experiencing abdominal bloating & pain. I have tried the over the counter GasEx bout has not worked.

You should be investigated.
For bloating and abdominal pain, I will ask for Upper GI endoscopy, Ultrasound abdomen.
Until investigations, I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Levosulpiride, anti-flatulent tablet containing Simethicone to my patients with similar complaints.
Avoid spicy food. Take small, frequent feeds.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
