Brief Answer:

Please upload images of the injured area.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I can guide you thoroughly if you can upload images of the injured foot. This will help me to understand your situation better and guide you thoroughly.

Additionally I would like to know the following

How long ago have you sustained this injury ?

Is there any associated fever ?

Once I receive your answers I will guide you through appropriate medication.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
