How Can An Itchy Rash On The Breast Be Treated?

I didnt have it earlier today I noticed it when I got out of the shower but based on the images it is not a heat rash. one of the worst thing I could have done; I did. I went on the internet and it said breast cancer which scares me but there is no one in my family history has had breast cancer.

Brief Answer:
Eczematous rash, cortisone cream, moisturising cream & antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be eczematous rash.
It is not looking like breast cancer.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream on the entire breast 2-3 times in a day.
For itching you can take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime.
This should resolve your problem.
