Histo-pathology of the skin adge - debridement with secondary suturing.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The photo and prescriptions.
There are two non-healing wounds - 80 days is a long time to have such wounds.
The General Surgeon has written: not willing for ASD - what was the advice that you are not willing for.
Local debridement with suturing and a piece of wound edge sent for Histo-pathology may solve the problem.
Please discuss this with your General Surgeon or take the second opinion of another General Surgeon and go for definitive management.
Local applications and oral medications are not helping anyway.
I hope this answer helps.
Please give feedback once you take the second opinion and go for definitive management.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
Regards,
Dr T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
