Brief Answer:
Calculated from the last menstrual cycle

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The gestational age is calculated from the first day of the last menstrual period, irrespective of the day of ovulation and conception.
By calculating from your last date, which is 23 rd October, then on 14 the December, your gestational age is 7 weeks 3 days.
So, the ultrasound report is normal and correct.
Nothing to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
