Question: This is my wife she was admitted in hospital three times in year 2002, 2006 and 2010 for shock treatment. She is uncooperative for taking medicine. Now she is talking herself. She is uncooperative to go to hospital or to psychiatrist..

Once she is taken to hospital with help of police a long acting medication can be planned for her treatment. Currently there are lot of options available in form of once monthly treatment.

These kind of medications continue to act despite the uncooperative nature of patient.
