Brief Answer:

Specific diagnosis needs to be made in order to get specifically treated.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

A few things need to be checked apart from just taking medicines. You need to get yourself properly evaluated by a Dermatologist clinically so that a proper diagnosis can be made.

Fungal infections can be of various types, just taking over the counter medications may not be helpful, and as this is persisting, there may also be microbial resistance involved.

As already explained earlier, thorough systemic investigations along with skin scrapings and histopathological examination of the affected areas should also be done in case of persistence.

Kindly consult the Dermatologist in person so that a proper diagnosis can be made in the first place, management will be based on the findings.

For the itching, you can simply Tab LEVOCETIRIZINE 10mg once daily at night, for the time being, avoid too much sunlight exposure.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
