How Can Bleeding, Darkened And Itching Skin Be Treated?

Question: I have 3 toes that itch horribly and the skin is very dark. I also have bleeding from scratching

Hello,

You seem to have eczematous dermatitis. I suggest you use moisturizer frequently.

In addition, I suggest you to apply a topical potent steroid cream e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05 % cream, twice daily.

You are also taking a tablet Cetirizine once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
