Brief Answer:
You need to continue vitamin D
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
First of all your platelet counts would vary each time you get them tested. They should be in the normal range and they have been on both occasions.
So, that is not a problem. Vitamin D supplement you should take in injection form for better results. Discuss with your doctor to prescribe you Injection Uprise 6L units intramuscular once a week for 1 month. Also get your liver function tests done.
If all normal you need to focus if you are under any stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation or if you snore in the night. Start regular yoga, meditation.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
