How Can Breathing Difficulty Be Treated?
I am very easily out of breath and get winded or heavy breath if that makes sense . The likes of asthma. When i am active walking. Now, i have taken ecg ultrasound and some time ago i did a stress ecg . Cardiologist say it looks fine. However one Said that he did not think it is necessary but could send me to a ct.
Whats left is a ct contast of the vessels of the heart to see if these troubles are related to clogged arteries. I sometimes get all the signs. Tender or pain in Jaw in chest and backpain
Still cardiologist doesnt think there is any clogged arteries because i did an non invasive test called calcium score. A ct with no contrast . My score was 0.5.
Is this as good as a ct comtrast angiography? And is calcium what would block arteries or May there be other things?
My symptoms are right for angina. But my tests so far is good. So i am confused wet her i should ask for a angiography which scares me a bit beeing invasive.

Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and I would try to answer you in a simple way.
If your ECG, ultrasound, and stress ECG all were normal then the possibility of having a heart disease is highly unlikely.
But as you are explaining the symptoms they look typical of angina so it's better to rule out coronary artery disease by undergoing an ANGIOGRAPHY.
Now CT angiography is not a gold standard test to rule out the problem as it's not 100% accurate. It's better to undergo conventional angiography (invasive one) to be completely sure. There is nothing to worry in that as the discomfort experienced is similar to a discomfort while receiving an i.v. injection.
I hope this information will be helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

May these symptoms occur from vitamin or mineral deficiency?
Thank you
Highly Unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hello Again
Deficiency of vitamins or minerals can lead to symptoms like fatigue, tiredness but its highly unlikely to cause discomfort as you are explaining which seems like ANGINA.
Hope this information will answer your query. I would personally like to suggest you to go for a regular ANGIOGRAPHY so as to be completely sure and for mental satisfaction and relaxation.
