Hi,
To get good bowel movements:
1. Take high fiber diet. Include lot of vegetables and fruits in your diet.
2. Drink lot of fluids
3. Take Cremadiet Duo 2 scoops in 250 ml of water in the night
Fatty liver could be due to many reasons.
Kindly get a liver function test done.
Reduce your weight if your BMI is more than 25.
Get checked for diabetes and high cholesterol and get them treated if blood glucose and cholesterol are high.
Kindly avoid drinking alcohol (If you have the habit of drinking alcohol).

Brief Answer:
Bilipsa
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your liver function is not normal as evident by elevated SGOT and SGPT.
You have not mentioned about your height to calculate BMI and also whether you are a diabetic.
This is not related to IBS.
You can take Bilipsa 4 mg once a day for 4 weeks and review with a repeat ultrasound scan and liver function test

Dr. R. K.
