Brief Answer:
You have UTI due to bacteria called Citrocacteria Koseri.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the report that you have mentioned about indicates that you have UTI caused by Gram Negative Bacteria Citrobacteria Koseri

These are bacteria which normally habitat in GI tract and when invade in urinary system cause infection (UTI).This is common during pregnancy .

The count of 30000CFU/Ml suggest mild infection and can be cured by Cephalosporin group of antibiotic .(Normally a count of 100000CFU/ML is considered to be suggestive of active and severe infection )

Start taking appropriate antibiotic mentioned in sensitivity report .

Ensure to drink more water.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
