                                            Lyme disease infection suspected.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
According to your physical signs that you described you should be suffering from Lyme.
Also your doctor should have the same opinion since he prescribed doxocycline.
You say laboratory tests show negative Lyme but it may be false negative.
Repeat Wester Bloot and ELISA for doagnose.
You may be infected by a different strain of borelia this time that's why you don't have immunity even though you passed it last year.
The treatment is with doxocycline for 14 -21 days.
If the disease involves the central nervous system (I suspect it is happening to you), your doctor might recommend treatment with an intravenous antibiotic for 14 to 28 days.
Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
