How Can Cuts And Burning Sensation Near The Rectum Be Treated?

Question: Above and below my rectum i have what feels like little cuts, I cant wipe after using bathroom have to shower to clean and even water hurts, its burns so bad.I have no pain or problems with bowl movements its all on the exterior above and below. I have noticed if i dob dry after the shower there is some pink discoloration on the toilet paper.. Neosporin doesn't hurt but a athletes foot spray someone suggested burns like BAD!!.. It is only bad when touched am pretty otherwise unless i extend to much and it spreads open I do have Plaque psoriasis and am on consentrix with great improvements.
