Brief Answer:
Dysphagia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
Your symptoms are suggestive of dysphagia. As you have the symptoms for many years, it is probably functional dysphagia rather than some growth.
You should get a barium swallow study done and endoscopic examination done. The further management will depend on the reports.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
