Brief Answer:
ED that you have is due to Diabetis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Based on the fact that you have posted problem of ED that you are facing is mostly due to Diabetes.and is secondary to Diabetic Neuropathy and Vasculitis which leads to reduced blood flow to erectile tissue in penis causing ED
It does not respond to the drugs like Sildenafil and Tadalafil that are commonly used in ED..
You can try intra cavernosal injection of Caverjet. or Trimix
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and learn technique how to take injection in penis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks and Regards
