Question: had a shaky,kinda of vibration feeling in my legs feet chest back of legs about hour and a half ago is it anxiety heart attack I'm confused scared

no cardiac problems no shortness of breath no chest pains I do have GERD and anxiety

Nothing to worry. Just to be sure just get an ecg done. The symptoms which you are experiencing are mostly because of GERD and the stress which you are taking. Follow the following instructions
1. Avoid taking big meals
2. Avoid spicy, fried and junk food
3. Avoid too much caffeine intake
4. Drink lots of water
5. Take proper sleep
6. Take some proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole for 10 days once daily in empty stomach
