Question: head spinning and vomiting wen during flight.. how can I avoid?

Flight sickness is common amongst some people. You should take tablet promethazine 25mg half an he before take off to avoid any such symptoms.
Take your meals 2 to 3 hrs before flight and avoid any aerated drinks.
The medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only on prescription.

Actually this is for my Dad who is 67 years old.. he keeps his eye blindfolded to avoid it. Has worked for couple of times... but I wanted a permanent cure so that he can travel without any fear. Today he is scared to travel.

On this tablet, does it have any side effects or should it not be taken along with any other medicine.. he takes a tranquilizer names Epilan for 30 years now.. hope it will not affect anything..

The tablet is absolutely safe to take. The flight sickness is completely psychological. So trying alternate methods is always helpful.
He can try listening to music with ear phones for sometime.
