Brief Answer:
Can be due to mal alignment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
After a hip replacement surgery if the pain is gradually increasing and your discomfort is gradually becoming more prominent then it can be due to mild mal alignment of the joint. Only pain killers and physiotherapy will not help. Proper examination and CT scan is needed to find out the cause of these symptoms.
I hope this answers your query.
