Brief Answer:
follow the advises...maintain a healthy lifestyle...

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Some reduction in the hair is possible with seasonal variations as well as normal hair-cycle (where the old hair follicles fall and get replaced by the new ones).

However, there are numerous possible causes which can also be the culprit (starting with environmental, dietary, lifestyle changes, changes in hardness of water, dandruff, nutritional and hormonal deficiencies to name just a few).

So, I'd recommend you to get a Dermatological check-up done as well as few basic lab investigations (including CBC, ESR, electrolytes, Liver function test, Thyroid function test, FBS, PPBS, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 level analysis)... Oil is only to be applied if the scalp/hair is dry and brittle, once other possible causes ruled out. I won't recommend it without a proper check-up at this outset.

So, nothing to worry, just get yourself checked up by the Dermatologist, get these investigations done and proceed as per the findings.

Take Care
Kind Regards
