After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that your symptoms could probably be due to

1. Electrolyte imbalance due to some cardiac medicines going on or

2. Could be due to some neurological weakness which is common in elderly patients.

You can try a short course of multivitamins tablets for 15 days. Hopefully it will help but if it doesn't then you need to consult with primary physician as few blood test will be required for proper evaluation and treatment.
