Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr. kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
She may use IVREA shampoo. It contains 1% ivermectol. Lather it well on to wet scalp and as well apply to the whole length of hair. Allow it to act for at least 10 minutes and then rinse it off. Usually a single application is sufficient. It is ovicidal so it will kill the nits as well but dead nits usually remain stuck to the hair shaft for a few days. Repeat application after a week if necessary.
