Brief Answer:
Triple combination cream and sunscreen
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Hyperpigmentation is a very common complication after laser.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply triple combination cream containing hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone (melalite Xl) cream on the pigmented patches at night along with the application of a broad-spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time for 2 weeks.
This will lighten the pigmentation.
Triple combination creams are prescription drugs and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.
Hope I have answered your query.
