it's been on my scrotum for about a month. it was a pimple at first then I pop it so that is how it got like this. no pain, no itching, it only bleed if I scratch it open. I'm not a diabetic. and I do shave the area so I'm think that is how it came

* Now as there is the duration of 1 month already, chances of it to be resolved by meds are very less.
I recommend taking an opinion of your consultant surgeon as it may require a minor surgery under local anesthesia on day care basis to cure it.
