Question : I am recently married. My Wife previous monthly periods started on 19th April but till now her next cycle not started. Already 15 days had past from her due date but her cycle is not getting started. She is not expecting right now and also not ready to conceive. For last five days she was taking Primolut-N 5mg twice daily on Doctors advice. Even then her monthly period is not starting. Can you please suggest further, what course of action she needs to take to avoid pregnancy. Also Please note that she had never consume any contraceptive tablets.

She will get periods after leaving primolut N

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic
There is nothing to worry as many a times irregular periods occur after marriage
If pregnancy test is negative then after leaving the tablet of primolut N she will get periods in 3-5 days
After her periods she should visit her gynaecologist and get a prescription for oral contraceptive pills so that her periods stay regular and you are saved from Trouble of pregnancy also
