How Can Itching Around The Right Breast Along With Stabbing Pain In The Nipple Be Treated?

Question: 56 year old female -- pain in right Breast also itchy breast -- the itch feels like its deep -- nipple pain and some times stabbing pain. Had a mammogram & sonogram XXXXXXX 24 and was told no sign of cancer. I had the pain at the time my doctor did the sonogram and he could see it hurt but said that he did not see anything, I do not have a rash in the area that is itchy. I told my gyn and he dismissed it. My primary also dismissed . I notice a change in the areola area and it does not shrink as much as the right Breast when cold. What type of Dr can help me.

what test should I request --- also My primary ordered a CA 27.29 when he does my blood work -- please see the results <or=38.6 is normal --
does this mean I have cancer.
XXXXXXX 2015 CA 27.29 ----- 43.1 HI XXXXXXX 2017 CA 27.29.------39 XXXXXXX 2018 CA 27.29.------41.6 HI
Brief Answer:
Repeat bilateral mammography test
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The normal range of CA 27-29 which is a breast tumor marker is less than 38 U/ml. Your Ca 27.29 in January 2018 is 41.6 which is high.
Therefore, I would advise you to repeat a bilateral mammography test and a blood test for Ca 27.29.
If any space occupying lesion is found in the mammogram then a biopsy has to be done to rule out malignancy.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thank you.
