Brief Answer:
Use compression stockings
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Pain and cramps are likely to be due to varicose veins.
Varicose veins are likely to increase with advancing pregnancy as larger size of tummy with baby causes pressure on abdomen and cause increase in veinous pressure.
I suggest she uses compression stockings to reduce the pain and cramps.
These are special stockings to keep the varicose veins pressed.
Let me know if you need anymore help.

Thank you Doctor for your earlier reply.
I have attached a picture of the varicose vein.
Should we be concerned and seek any medical help or it's not a big problem.
Also can you please suggest some good medical stockings that we can purchase.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Small varicose veins
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is very small and negligible. No need to see a doctor for such small varicose veins seen in picture.
I dont think this varicose vein is the reason for cramps or pain. This is very small.
