I am already using Nextoforte from 2 months for B12 deffieciency now its cured can i use both or stop B12 and take Folcovit ,

Is this little low ? When can i recover? 2 months back it was 12 and now 10.6 i was using nexto forte from 2 months not sure why this is low also RBC was 4.45 to 3.6 i reduced weight also around 1.6 kg

Since your hemoglobin is going down and RBC is 3.6 and weight is also reducing i would advise you to do upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and colonoscopy
You also need to do Computed tomography (CT) of abdomen and pelvis to know the exact cause for your anaemia
