I am 34 year old male. I did my random CBC and got my test result. IT shows some abnormal results. My lymphocytes are low. Basophils zero and MVP is high. Please guide me about what is wrong and is there anything to worry. I M G6PD deficient.
I am taking lonazep 0.25 as i have had some sleep issues and panic attack in past.

Bone marrow test and PET CT scan
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your blood reports
High MPV (Mean Platelet Volume), low lymphocytes and basophils occurs when your body constantly creates new platelets because of a continual loss of existing platelets.
This can be caused by infection and inflammation
It can also occur due to lung, colon and and kidney cancer.
But since you are not having any symptoms such as weight loss i do not think you are having cancer.
I would advise you to do a bone marrow aspiration and biopsy test along with a PET CT scan to rule out malignancy.
Also you can replace lorazepam with alprazolam for sleep and panic attacks as it has many side effects
You can consult your local doctor regarding it
