How Can Lower Left Back Pain Be Treated?

Question: I have been sitting in a chair all day and felt fine until about 90 minutes ago when I suddenly developed severe pain in my lower back in the kidney area. I have taken 20mg of Oramorph and 2 co-codamol.
This has had no effect and I have collapsed once due to the pain when trying to walk. This is probably the worst pain in my life. Please advise. I was in Hospital the other day and they found a small (3mm) kidney stone and I have a testicular infection for which I am taking ciprofloxacillin.
