How can this be cured permanently without any surgery?
Brief Answer:
Surgery is not needed at this stage.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As per MRI, the disease is mild and in early stage. You should continue with medical treatment and physiotherapy. You would get better in 2-3 months.
Surgery is required only in severe stages, or if symptoms get worse over time.
I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,
