Received biopsy report and immunohistochemistry is suggested for further evaluation.
Brief Answer:
A biopsy is required
Detailed Answer:
I am sorry to say but this report is suggestive of lung cancer with metastases. This is suggestive of stage 4 disease. A biopsy from an accessible tumor site is required to know the type of tumor.
After that certain immuno-histo-chemical markers and special mutation tests may be required to guide the treatment. She will also require radiotherapy to the brain .
Please share the biopsy report once available. Till then antiepileptic drugs can be given as brain metastases can give rise to seizures.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
