Hi,

For mild hepatomegaly and fatty changes there is no definitive treatment and there is high evidence that weight loss (if on overweight) and diet changes would definitely help in reversal of the fatty change in liver.
Along with it we also suggest Tab EVION 400, twice a day for two months which has mild evidence in hepatomegaly.
I suggest to reduce processed food, get into regular exercise and quit smoking and reduce amount of alcohol (if you have these habits)
