How Can Nasal Dryness, Frequent Throat Infection And Bronchitis Be Treated?

Question: what should I do I have below complaints.
nasal dryness , allergy, frequent heart burning due to acidity gastro esophageal reflux, frequent throat infection, bronchitis, coughing last more than 3 weeks, sometime blood in sputum

So allergens are responsible for your nasal (nasal dryness), throat (frequent throat infection) and lung (bronchitis, blood in sputum) related symptoms.
I want to know few more things about your illness.

2. How was your chest x ray? Was it normal?

chest x-ray done as per doctor it's normal
ct-scan done in report says mild dependent atelectasis in lower lobes but doctor said it's normal not to worry.
PFT not done

1. Do you have breathlessness?
not so much but yes now days I am feeling little bit, feeling pain in chest region sometime.
2. Do you have wheezing?
yes sometime when having extreme coughing

now days I am feeling some mild pain and discomfort in throat region.
here I am attaching all medical reports when I was admitted. kindly let me know the next step.

Inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone) will help you in breathing difficulty and wheezing.
Intranasal fluticasone spray will help you in nasal symptoms.
Oral combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) is also recommended in your case.

at present i am not taking any english medicine. only taking ayurvedic medicine.
should i stop ayurvedic medicine?
just want to know from reports is it clear this is asthma case or just allergy or something hay fever?

from childhood i was having nose bleeding and ear discharge puss. seen several doctors related this but didn't work, doctors suggest for nasal operation but by itself nose bleeding stops when I was 18 or 19. but ear discharge continue so operated for ear when I was 17. can this back history is creating problem now in my case?

The medicines which you have advised, it would be good if you prescribe these medicines in detail. how to take , how many time a day, empty or before or after meal, 100 mg or 200 mg like this.. please presribe in detail.

I am sure you must be advised to continue alopathy drugs and not ayurvedic drugs. Aren't you?

I am going to start below medicines.
1) Foracort (200micrograms) MDI twice a daily.
2) flomist nasal spray twice daily in both nostrils.
3) montair LC (10/5) 1 tablet at night after food.

But I have little confusion on below medicines should I start or not?

These all are same.
Foracort is having formoterol and budesonide. Formoterol is inhaled bronchodilator and budesonide is inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Flomist nasal spray is intranasal fluticasone spray.
Montair LC is having montelukast and levocetrizine. Montelukast is anti allergic and levocetrizine is antihistamine.
So montair LC, foracort and flomist are brand names for your convenience.
