Brief Answer:
Conservative treatment only.

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.

In view of a large number of intravitreal injections having been given already, only conservative treatment is advisable. This includes multivitamins and anti incidents, which are to be taken for a long period of time to have at least a stabilizing effect. If these medications stop the progress of the disease, that will also be an achievement.

For local use, lubricant eye drops will be useful and they can be used for long period of time without any side effects.

Medication for general problems should be continued properly as they can complicate existing diseases.

Any further queries in this regard please do get back to me.
Regards
