Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You have nerve compression in somewhere in spine or hip since you have an allergy to oral NSAIDS so you can take Methylcobalamin 1500mg once daily at bedtime or Gabapentin ointment locally three times daily.
You can also do physiotherapy of spine and hip under supervision.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
