How Can Nosebleeds And Headaches Be Treated Despite Taking Nasal Drops?

Question: Dear Dr Ratnesh, I am under your treatment from last March for headaches and DNS. I was feeling a lot a better taking the medicines prescribed by you but now suddenly again I am having terrible headaches and I am back using nasal drops as I was using before consulting you. Due to constant use if nasal drops I am having nose bleeds too. I would like to request you to kindly go through my previous treatment history prescribed by you and help me yet again from these problems. Also I would like to remind I am 34 weeks pregnant, please prescribe medication that is safe in pregnancy. Thanks Mansi

2 what is the Intensity of pain in comparison to last.
3 are you exposed to changing weather which aggravates the sinus infection.

5 type of bleeding clotted / fresh blood.
as per record, you were taking.

Dear Dr Ratnesh, 1) headaches have started reappearing very recently. And I am having them almost everyday 2) headaches are much milder than before, mostly centered in between the eyebrows and on the temples 3)weather is changing but I dont think it has triggered it, 4)i am not taking any medication 5) blood is fresh, what I understand is it's because of excessive use of nasal drops which is causing dryness and hence the bleeding. 6) ur right I was taking these medicines only.
