How Can Numbness In The Toes Be Treated?
Question: Slight numbness of #2 toe of both feet. Onset occurred while sitting in chair with feet elevated to hip level and has continued for the last 15 - 30 minutes. Numbness not severe but has remained at the same level. No other symptoms apparent.
Brief Answer:
Monitor only to see if this numbness persists!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.
I have reviewed this information fully. It is suggestive of a possible compressed nerve or compressed artery following the posture you adopted while sitting. This should resolve spontaneous as you have relieved yourself from this position. There is no need for any special medical evaluation at this time. No medication is required as well. If this however persists, then report to me for further review and guidance.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
