How Can One Conceive While Having Multiple Small Follicles When Diagnosed With PCOS?
Question: 2 days back i did my follicular study & ROV showed 15mm, today 2 days later both ovaries are showing MSF. why does it happen and what does that mean/ will i conceive

Your results seems consistent with PCOS(poly cystic ovarian syndrome). MSF" stands for "multiple small follicles", which means you don't have a dominant follicle that grows and matures for ovulation. The biggest challenge with PCOS is that it affects the normal hormonal pathways and ovulation may get affected.
You can still get pregnant with help of various treatment options like ovulation induction with clomiphene and other IVF( in vitro fertelization) techniques.
Considering your age pregnancy is little bit risky too.
Consult an infertility specialist and he will guide you through various treatment options.

i dont have PCOS, i have a very regular 28 days cycle and i had all my 3 children normally without any medication(for ovulation or for conception).
i am trying for my 4th baby and i started to do an ovulation study so i could time my ovulation and know exactly the day .2 days back i was told at d ultrasound that my follicle on right is growing well( CD 10 -right ovary 15mm, Et 9.6mm) and today it has shrunk, (CD 12- Right ov Msf, Left Ov msf, Et 10mm)
i am called agn on monday for another ultrasound

In the normal ovulatory cycle, pre-ovulatory mature follicle dimensions are between 17 and 25mm in diameter. Chances of a pregnancy are higher when the Dominant follicle has a diameter above 15mm. A follicle growing upto 18-20mm is considered to be ready for ovulation.
In your case, since the follicle size is still small. But depending on the length of your menstrual cycle, the chances of the follicle increasing in size is possible. So repeat ultrasound might be needed regularly.
