How Can One Confirm If The ECG Report Shows Normal Results?

Question: I am a 64 years female, I recently underwent ECG checkup, can you please suggest any abnormality is in ECG. I have little concern as its not showing normal in L2,L3,aVF. Please guide further.

I went through the ECG you have attached. First of all this is not the complete ECG and leads V4 to V6 are missing.
Rest of the ECG is completely normal and is not showing any significant abnormality. Lead II, III, avF are also normal.
