How Can One Cure Eczema?
Depends on the severity
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on this platform
I have seen the image and do understand your concern.
Skin lesion looks like dermatitis most likely atopic.
I would like to about the brief history like since how long it is, is there any family history of allergy, associated itchiness and the current treatment.
The treatment depends on severity whether it is mild, Intermittent or moderate to severe and more frequent.
I would like to get blood level of immunoglobulin E done to get a clue about the diagnosis.
The basic treatment is maintaining proper hydration of skin by intake of plenty of fluids and application of moisturiser.
Mild potent steroid like hydrocortisone along with antiallergic like cetrizine helps in early recovery.
If there is any know allergy it should be avoided.
In mild cases it does not recur or even if recurs, it is after long gap.
No further treatment is needed in such cases.
While in Recurrent moderate case immunomodulator like tacrolimus application is needed.
I request you to provide the detail so that I better able to help you out.
