How Can One Determine If The Heart Is Not Blocked Or Skipping Beats And Needs Treatment?

NO, it's not an indication
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As such it's not an indication for pacemaker, however its better if you can upload recent holter report here so that I can have a look in detail rather than deciding with this incomplete information.
Indication also depends upon whether you have symptoms or not. Do you get any dizziness during walking, routine activities, or history of any syncope. If yes then it suggests the need for pacemaker.
Heart symbol reading of 300 is likely a false reading as at heart rate of 300, one would be very symptomatic with shortness of breath, dizziness and loss of consciousness etc. So it's likely a false reading.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts or more information to share.

Reports are fine.
Detailed Answer:
I have gone through the reports, and there is no need for pacemaker in you. Holter is just showing few supraventricular beats with intermittent short episodes of supraventricular tachycardia.
I guess you don't have any symptoms like dizziness or syncope, and if not then nothing to worry about. Heart rate go upto this low level during sleep and nothing to worry about it. However, it's worthwhile to get thyroid tested once, if not done.
I guess you don't have any other comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes, history of stroke, limb claudication etc, this is to know chadsvasc score, which is calculated to asses the need for blood thinners in patients with supraventricular tachycardia. So you discuss this issue of anticoagulation with local doctor, which is not absolutely necessary in you as chadsvasc is just 1.
All the best.
