Brief Answer:
Genital warts/ Condyloma acuminata
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
These are genital warts i.e., condyloma acuminata. It is an infection caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Genital warts are usually transmitted through sexual contact i.e., it is an STI.
Commonly used medical treatment options include Imiquimod cream, Podophyllum resin application, chemical cauterization with Trichloroacetic acid (TCA). Other treatment options include either Laser vaporization, cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen), electrocautery etc.
In additionto this, I also suggest screening for other STDs like HSV, syphilis and HIV.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thank you.
