Question: I've been trying to conceive for 6 months now and I was wondering if there is anyway to help to conceive?

For conception, all the factors of both the partners should be within normal limits.
If any one of it is abnormal, then there will be inability to conceive.
However, since the probability of conception is 20% in each cycle, therefore one should wait for at least one year before going for investigations and treatment for infertility.
You should have intercourse in fertile period, which the is from day 8 to 22 in a 28 days cycle.
